Another weekend, another game...

This may be of interest to absolutely no one, as it's pretty mundane stuff - this is a light gaming weekend. I could swear I had something gaming related I wanted to post, but it's the end of a fairly longish week, and I'll be darned if I can remember what it was...

carpCARP is having a "make up" game this weekend (Dave Arneson's Blackmoor), and I'm happy to say that the interested players/members took the initiative and arranged everything. I plan to stop by Gone Wired around 11:30 when they start to collect paperwork and cash for the club, but otherwise I'm not involved. I'm always pleased when any part of the club runs itself!

Me - I've got a ton of paperwork to catch up. I've been too busy for a while, and RPGA stuff needs entered, money needs deposited, etc. etc. Not terribly exciting, but necessary.

We've got our annual election in February, and we need to beat the bushes for some candidates... any volunteers?

Saturday the lovely Nia and her bold companions again adventure in Damara. After the long holiday break, it's nice to have games scheduled for two consecutive weeks! I can't recall that we got into any particular trouble last week - I remember that Nia was frustrated that we have an entire troop (100+) of soldiers at our command (they came with a new section of the keep) - actually under Illandria's command) and she can't get a single one of them into bed. They're all ghosts, y'see.

That's our game... special. Just special. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

I took on stewardship of a small (but growing) science fiction campaign (The Starmage Prophecies) when the friend who created it was overwhelmed by Real Life TM crisis, and I'm determined to get the blasted web site back up this weekend.  It requires, alas, more tech-fu than I think I have (installing Wordpress on the subdomain) but I will beat it into submission.

And rely heavily on my more tech-savvy friends.  Yep.

We'll see.

No games here on the East Side, sadly. I might almost condescend to play D&D, at this rate. But not quite...
